Hubei Radio and Television Information Network Co., Ltd. (Hubei Radio and Television Network Company for short, stock name: Hubei Radio and Television, stock code: 000665) is a provincial state-owned large-scale cultural high-tech enterprise approved by the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government in January 2011. It is the voice dissemination position of the Party Committee and the government's policies, as well as the main body of the province's radio and television network integration, three-network integration, digital home and smart city construction. It is a key supporting enterprise of Hubei Province's e-government transmission network, and is responsible for the planning, design, construction, management, operation and development and application of the province's radio and television information network.
In 2012, the company was awarded the title of "National Advanced Unit for Cultural System Reform" by the Central Propaganda Department and other ministries and commissions. In 2013, it was listed as a national pilot unit for mergers and acquisitions of cultural enterprises by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. In 2014, it was listed as a demonstration unit for mergers and acquisitions of listed cultural enterprises by the Reform and Development Office of the Central Propaganda Department. In 2017, it was awarded the title of leading enterprise of the "Double Hundred Project".
