Olivia University Bujumbura

OUB is envisioned to be a citadel of excellence in the delivery of quality University education, especially medical and engineering science education, in Burundi. It is planned to make rapid positive impact in the spectrum of East African Universities and globally. Olivia University represents the overlaying effort of the proprietor and its Board of trustees to make meaningful contributions to the development of education in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The goal of the University is to establish an excellent institution of higher learning that attracts staff and students from all parts of the world. it is in that light that Olivia University Bujumbura decided to take the bull by the horns and press on with establishing the University with adequate facilities

Olivia University is intended to be devoted mainly for learning in medical sciences (with specialised centres for oncology research, reproductive health research, vaccine research , environmental research) with research and practical based programmes in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Science; Engineering ,Computing, Humanities, Hospitality and Tourism , Management and Social Sciences, among others.
