We have a great experience in the elaboration, implementation and exploitation of successful innovative projects at an international, European, national and regional level. Gestiona Global prepares and manages projects for its clients, as well as its own projects. We are currently partners in different European, national and regional innovation projects (LIFE, FP7, ERASMUS, FEDER INNTERCONECTA, COINVESTIGA ...).

We have achieved for our clients more than 30 million projects approved in the last 6 years. Our project approval ratio is very high (50%), as a result of the experience and the quality of our team and collaborators. Gestiona Global coordinates a network of European entities specialized in innovation, bidding, training and market research projects with 23 members from 23 different countries of the EU.

Although we are specialists in areas related mainly to the environment and energy (circular economy, waste, renewable energy, efficiency, sustainable mobility, water, sustainable agriculture, sustainable construction, etc.), we also have experience and numerous successful cases in topics such as ICT, cultural heritage, training, entrepreneurship and health, among others.

• Conformation of national and international consortiums for innovative projects. We coordinate a European network of European project consultants from 23 EU countries and have collaborated with more than 200 entities across Europe.

• Intellectual protection of the R & D results of our clients.
• Negotiation with the EC or the competent authority on projects in the final phase of evaluation or approval.

• Assistance in the exploitation of the results of innovative projects. We evaluate the benefit of the project and -identify critical points for its future exploitation and sustainability during the project, and support the subsequent commercial exploitation.
