About
Amura is a company founded in 2003 to serve primarily the marine sector. With a focus on utilizing cutting-edge technological advances, Amura offers innovative and cutting-edge products for the production of composite parts in various materials such as FRP, carbon, vinylester, etc, using techniques such as infusion, vacuum, RTM, etc... Starting as a nautical carpentry company, Amura quickly expanded its services based on customer satisfaction with the work performed. Today, the company specialises in structural modifications (platform extensions, deck extensions, deck flaps, windshield glass structures) and the manufacture of composite parts. They excel at all stages, from the creation of the mould to the production of the final part, either from their own designs or those supplied by the customer (bridges, furniture, ancillary parts, etc.). In addition, Amura offers teak decks, retractable cradles, hull polishing, preventive osmosis treatments and has a team of professional painters with experience in integrated painting, polyester coating and metal finishing. Over the years, Amura has experienced exponential growth, focusing its activities on two main pillars: production and repairs. It has established itself permanently in Marín, serving individuals and professionals in the nautical sector. The company's facilities consist of 850 m² of production hall and 60 m² of offices, located on a 22,000 m² plot of land with plans to expand to accommodate its current production needs. It also has a permanent headquarters in Bouzas (Vigo), in the facilities of Marina DavilaSport, to give a permanent and immediate attention to customers both in the marina and in other ports, as the dry dock has a large work space, as well as a 70 ton travelift and a 70 ton hydraulic trolley. Amura is made up of a highly qualified team with extensive experience in the marine industry. Its workforce includes skilled laminators, composite fabricators, carpenters and professional painters.
