Sinloc is a consulting and investment company, established more than 10 years ago. The company has a relevant experience in managing complex processes and structures, promoting local development, with the advisor activities (e.g. production of feasibility studies and ex ante analysis (VEXA), with direct investment in Public Private Partnership projects and supporting the admission to, and the efficient use of, European funds.

Sinloc shareholders are ten Italian banking foundations. The ongoing collaboration with our shareholders allows us to focus on objectives and resources to implement initiatives designed to enhance the competitiveness of target communities.

Sinloc focuses on economic, financial, social, end environmental sustainability and has developed a wide and assorted track record and an important network at the national and international level, assuming explicit responsibility for investors and reference communities and international level working in some European projects and carried out activities managed by European institutions.

Sinloc expert team (about 27 employees) has accrued consolidated experience and expertise in various sectors and in particular in the Energy field, Urban Transformation, Local Development, Culture, Logistic and Public Transportation, Education and research.

Sinloc has developed over the years an important and significant experience as advisor for managing Urban Development Funds and operating as a Management Company and/or a Technical Advisor of investment vehicles. The company provides activities such as investment strategy definition, project scouting, investment structuring, financial closing and portfolio monitoring  activities.

As part of the Management Company's service, Sinloc addresses the Public Administrations and Financial Institutions which aim to create and manage financial instruments  with territorial and sector-based focus. The role of Sinloc is to be a technical advisor to the Financial Instrument supporting the Fund Manager.

The company has gained profitable experience over projects over the past five years, with the management of POR FESR regional resources through revolving funds (in particular JESSICA - Joint European Support for Sustainable Investment in City Areas Funds) devoted to urban development and renewable energy/energy efficiency and with ELENA technical assistance program.

Moreover it developed several ex ante evaluations (VEXA) (e.g. Feasibility Study - Financial Instrument JESSICA for Abruzzo and Tuscany Region, VEXA PSR for Sardinia Region, etc.).
