About
We are an NGO Unikalus sokis, and we own three projects, one of them being Unikalus Gyvenimas. In general, we work with people with disabilities.
Blueprint for Fully Online Accessibility
We can provide a detailed blueprint on how to set up and run an entirely online support system for people with disabilities. This includes the necessary technological infrastructure, best practices for online workshops and meetings, and strategies for ensuring accessibility for all types of disabilities.
Comprehensive Support Programs
Our approach to comprehensive support, which includes workshops on CV writing, motivational letter creation, and job interview techniques, can be adapted and implemented by other organizations. We can share our curriculum, training materials, and methodologies to help others develop similar programs.
Mentorship Model
Our unique mentorship program, which pairs participants with mentors who foster equality and mutual respect, can be replicated by other organizations. We can offer training on how to recruit, train, and support mentors, as well as how to match them effectively with participants.
Mental Health and Well-Being Initiatives**
We can share our experience in integrating mental health and well-being activities, such as dance lessons and mindfulness workshops, into support programs. Our insights on how these activities enhance self-confidence and overall well-being can help other organizations implement similar initiatives.
Community Building Strategies
Our success in building a lasting community for participants can serve as a model for other organizations. We can offer guidance on how to create and sustain supportive communities where participants can seek ongoing advice, friendship, and support.
Staff Well-Being Practices
We can provide advice on creating a supportive work culture that emphasizes the well-being of staff. This includes promoting openness, flexibility, and the importance of mental health among employees. Our strategies for maintaining high morale and resilience in challenging work environments can be valuable to other organizations.
Holistic, Inclusive Approach
Our holistic and inclusive approach to supporting people with disabilities can serve as a comprehensive model for other organizations. We can provide a roadmap for breaking down physical and societal barriers, emphasizing skill development, and prioritizing mental health and well-being.
Collaboration and Networking
By participating in collaborative initiatives and networks, we can share our knowledge and experience with other organizations. This includes participating in forums, workshops, and conferences where we can present our model and learn from others.
