The Digital Transformation Projects Society SAU is a public company that depends on the Generalitat Valenciana and its objective is the promotion, execution and management of tourism, cultural, sports, industrial, business and technological projects with an autonomous seal.

It was established in December 1996 as an instrumental commercial company to support public action, with the aim of carrying out any actions necessary to achieve the development of the Special Master Plan for Uses and Infrastructures "Theme Park Area" Benidorm-Finestrat and the Special Master Plan for Uses and Infrastructures "City of Light", Alicante , subsequently modifying and expanding its corporate purpose in order to promote and encourage the construction and start-up of those tourist, leisure, cultural, sporting, industrial and/or tertiary projects which, within the scope of the Valencian Community, are promoted by the Generalitat , and in which, among others, educational, cultural, sporting, recreational, assistance, administrative activities and equipment necessary for its correct operation are developed. Likewise, it currently has powers in carrying out strategic actions to promote, communicate and disseminate the image of the Valencian Community.
