NGO Crnogorska Iskra has a vision of Montenegro as a society of social justice in which there are no inequalities and vulnerable vulnerable groups of the population, a society with a developed and accessible system of assistance in overcoming the state of social need and in which there is no domestic violence, a society in which all individuals are involved in active life in the community.

We want to contribute to the social and psychological development of the local community by playing an active role in the area of advocacy and implementation of sustainable social policies, primarily focused on the provision of specialized therapy services for victims of violence, children and young people, families at risk, the elderly and infirm, and members of vulnerable categories of society and marginalized groups prone to social exclusion, discrimination, rejection and the like.

Through project activities, we strive to build a society that strictly condemns gender-based violence and violence against women in the family, a society that is ready to help victims of violence, a society that holds perpetrators responsible for violence. With our activities, we want to increase citizens' awareness of the unacceptability and punishability of violent behavior and to build a society in which violence is unacceptable behavior for which there is no justification.
