Agence du bassin hydraulique de Tensift (ABHT)

Established by decree no. 2-00-479 of November 14, 2000, in application of article 20 of the law on water, the Tensift hydraulic basin agency constitutes a space for consultation in the service of water.The Agence du Bassin Hydraulique de Tensift (ABHT) is a public institution in Morocco responsible for managing and protecting the water resources within the Tensift River basin. This region is located in central Morocco and includes the city of Marrakesh, among others. The agency's role is to ensure the sustainable use of water resources in this area, focusing on aspects such as water distribution, quality control, and ecosystem preservation.
