Blue Ocean Investment Co., Ltd was started with Blue Ocean Operating Management Co., Ltd. (BOOM) its operation as a Business and marketing management service company in 2009. In 2010 we started the first IT Mall and Mobile Rental business at Yangon and Mandalay airport. We continue to provide Mobile Value Added Service to MPT.

However, it became the leading ICT Company after launching Myanmar's first and largest call center service in late 2011, which assists people from all across the country to access reliable information easily.

BOOM aims to offer unlimited access to information and bring a better lifestyle for people in the country.

BOOM accelerated its innovation and entrepreneurship continuously and now BOOM has already expanded its businesses into a total of 12 subsidiary companies, providing solutions to various industries of Myanmar.
