Rural Organization for Social Advancement (ROSA)

Rural Organization for Social Advancement (ROSA) is a civil society organisation working in the eastern part of Uttar Pradesh, India. ROSA's main target groups are children, adolescents, women, unorganised workers and marginalised farmers in rural areas. The organisation works to support these groups by securing basic needs and restoring dignity. “ROSA” was established by a group of experienced social worker, this group observed that people working in a brick kiln with women and children & work very hard but they live in a very unsafe house & their children do not meet their basic need, they work in unfavourable working condition keeping their lives at risk still they are always afraid of losing their source of livelihood.
