IAFIS was born in 1999 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and started as the exclusive distributor and official maintenance agent of Morpho's solutions for Latin America and the Carribeans. Nowadays, it employs more than a hundred people, including 50 engineers duly trained in biometrics, and it provides products and solutions in security, public order, investigation and forensics.
