H. PETERSEN was founded in 1931 by Mr. Haakon Petersen, with the mission of "Serving Paraguay with the best equipment and services to support them". Mr. Petersen, a Norwegian citizen, began his activities with the importation and sale of products and machinery of Scandinavian origin. Since 1951, H.PETERSEN is an authorized distributor in Paraguay of the CATERPILLAR brand, a world leader at that time in machinery, equipment, generator sets and product support services.
