SVAP S.r.l. a S.U. (S.V.A.P. S.r.l.)

Founded at the end of 1972, on the initiative of some former employees of the Gran Paradiso company, the SVAP Cooperative began operating on January 1, 1973, managing five urban lines in the city of Aosta with an annual mileage of approximately 500,000 kilometers, being able to count on a fleet of about fifteen buses, technologically obsolete and lacking in terms of comfort and safety.
To date, SVAP can count on:

74 highly motivated and professional collaborators, as well as external experts;
a fleet of over 63 buses, sized specifically for the various routes in the Aosta area, with an average age of 7.90 years;
a central office with a suitably equipped warehouse and workshop, an internal methane distributor, capable of ensuring public transport services by bus in the Aosta sub-basin, developing an annual mileage of 1,962,000 kilometres.
SVAP was one of the first in Italy to install a computerized ticketing system on its vehicles that can process both magnetic stripe tickets and contactless microprocessor tickets, with automatic data transfer to the operational headquarters, thus allowing complete control of travel documents, qualitative data relating to the service provided and bus management.
SVAP also carries out a complementary activity in the private car rental sector, being able to count on a loyal clientele, particularly demanding in terms of safety and quality of service. The SVAP quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified, both for what concerns the preparation, provision and control of scheduled and rental services, and for what concerns the mechanical workshop and body shop activities.
