About
Institute for the Development of the labor market is one of the few organizations in Croatia dealing with improving labor market through the introduction of new models for action. The primary focus of action is aimed at a group of employees who are particularly vulnerable in the labor market, as evidenced by our previous projects. Basically the principle of our work is to provide to all job-seekers to participate equally in the labor market. The aforementioned principle we invariably applied to past and current projects.
The most attention we have devoted to people with disabilities, young people and women, as well as extremely marginalized groups in the labor market, but the plan is that in future projects and collaborations include the other - for us a new group. Although associations acting relatively short, the available expertise - both internal and external, and through its network of partners, we are ready to catch the big challenges in the labor market.
