The Educational Foundation of America (EFA) is a family foundation continuing the philanthropic legacy of our founders through grant making and impact investing. We support nonprofit organizations working in the arts, the environment, democracy, and reproductive health and justice. In addition to our grantmaking, we’re proud to serve as a partner in advocacy, policy work, and community engagement for our grantees and showcase their tremendous work throughout this site.

The Education Finance Academy is committed to strengthening education systems by building capacity in education finance and fostering sustainable solutions for equitable learning opportunities. Its mission is to empower decision-makers and practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to allocate resources effectively and improve educational outcomes worldwide.

The organization focuses on advancing expertise in education financing, supporting initiatives that enhance policy development, budgeting practices, and resource mobilization for education. It promotes evidence-based strategies and innovative approaches to ensure that financial planning contributes to inclusive and high-quality education systems.
