Earthstaff is part of Staffgroup, a specialist group of recruitment companies.  Earthstaff in it’s current form has been in the market since February 2012 although our successes, experience,  expertise and client and candidate relationships span a number of years.  In November we were recognised as the Rising Star in the world of recruitment, courtesy of Recruitment International.

Organic Growth, Exceptional Success

In 2010, building on the success and growth of Eurostaff, an Energy division was introduced which specialised in the Oil & Gas industry.  Led by Paul Flynn and an existing member of the senior management team, Jack Shadwell – the team began to build relationships with some of the most well known names in the industry.  Tailoring our approach to professionals like yourself, the Earthstaff business added value at every stage of the recruitment process and quickly became one of the leading providers in the industry.

As part of a rebranding exercise in early 2013, the Energy division of Eurostaff became Earthstaff – a brand and company in its own right.  The incorporation of Earthstaff signalled a period of organic growth and success.  We were recognised as one of leading engineering recruitment agencies in the Recruiter Awards For Excellence and also picked up the Rising Star award, highlighted above.
