Military University Hospital Prague / Ústřední vojenská nemocnice (ÚVN)

The Central Military Hospital is a contributory organization, founded by the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic. It provides comprehensive medical care for adult patients, based on the most modern treatment methods and procedures in all fields except cardiac surgery, obstetrics, and burn treatment. The Central Military Hospital does not deal with pediatrics. As the only military teaching hospital in the Czech Republic, it is a training, educational, and professional medical facility of the Army of the Czech Republic. It provides comprehensive long-term care for war veterans.
