Founded by Itala Yépez in 2022, Kapok Consultores has established itself as an innovative consultancy in the field of non-governmental organizations, with a special focus on conservation. Our mission is to co-create efficient work strategies, integrating successful practices from the private sector to enhance the management and efficiency of NGOs in Ecuador and internationally.

We specialize in effective administration, strategic planning, designing and facilitating diverse workshops, and support in the preparation of project proposals and leadership for conservation, conflict resolution, mentoring, among others.
