Klaus Hoppe Consulting:
I have over 20 years’ experience providing development, design, management and support services for projects and strategies at municipal, city administration and organisation level.
In all of these activities, I use a blend of three indispensable ingredients: communication, cooperation and creativity. Through what I call the three Cs, new ideas can emerge and grow, differing interests can be served and contrasting opinions can be taken into account.

My Work Largely Focuses on:

• Integrated urban development, climate change management, neighbourhood approaches, waste management and the circular economy;
• Development and supervision of sustainability strategies for municipal authorities, businesses and institutes;
• Project management and development in international cooperation;
• Moderation of conferences and workshops.
