N-ergie Ag

N-ERGIE Aktiengesellschaft is a regional energy supply company with headquarters in Nuremberg. In addition to sales throughout Germany, the focus of energy and heat solutions for customers is on northern Bavaria. The two shareholders of N-ERGIE are Städtische Werke Nürnberg (majority share) and Thüga Aktiengesellschaft. The N-ERGIE Group includes various subsidiaries and investments. N-ERGIE was formed in 2002 from the merger of the predecessor companies EWAG - Energie und Wasseversorgung Aktiengesellschaft, FÜW - Fränkisches Überlandwerk and MEG - Mittelfränkische Erdgasgesellschaft.
