Správa a údržba silnic Jihomoravského kraje (SUSJMK), The South Moravian Region Road Administration and Maintenance, is a contributory organization of the region established on 14 September 2001 by the founding charter of the South Moravian Region issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 27, paragraph 2 of Act No. 250/2000 Coll., on budgetary rules for territorial budgets, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 35, paragraph 2, letter j) of Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions (regional establishment), approved by the South Moravian Regional Council on 13 September 2001 by Resolution No. 154/01/Z5. The contributory organization The South Moravian Region Road Administration and Maintenance ensures, in accordance with the founding charter, all activities related to the administration, maintenance, repairs and construction of class II and III roads.

The main purpose and subject of activity is the exercise of property rights and the administration and maintenance of roads, their components and accessories owned by the South Moravian Region, as well as investment activities on roads owned by the South Moravian Region.

The South Moravian Region Road Administration and Maintenance (SÚS JMK) maintains almost 4,300 kilometers of Class I, II and III roads. It is a regional contributory organization, with its headquarters in Brno on Ořechovská Street. It was established to ensure the administration and maintenance of roads owned by the South Moravian Region.
