PACE is a Senegalese Think Tank founded in 2022 by a group of cross-disciplinary experts with extensive experience in the design and implementation of development projects and programs at international, regional, national and supranational levels. PACE is rooted in the continuity of the domestic and global forces that propelled African countries' emergence, and its long-term ambition is to promote an Africa with resilient communities, where public policies respond effectively and sustainably to people's needs and aspirations. PACE mission is to provide decision-makers with evidence to inform public policy, support private sector development in Africa and positively impact communities both in urban, peri-urban and rural areas.. The Think Tank PACE's activities are essentially grouped into eight (8) areas : (1) Education and human capital development (2) Water, Sanitation and Public Health (3) Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resource Management (4) Information Systems, Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (5) Development Financing (6) Agriculture and Youth Employment (7) Public policy evaluation (8) Impact Monitoring and Evaluation.
