ECM Group Polska was estabilished in 2002 as limited liability company entirely based on Polish capital. 

In January 2012 the Company changed its legal status and legal form and became joint stock company (spółka akcyjna). The Company has legal personality according to Polish law and is registered in National Court Registry (KRS) at District Court in Warsaw 13th Commercial Law Division of the National Court Register.  

Since the very beginning, the company was focused on management of infrastructural Projects of foreground role in Poland as well as those of local level. Projects financed from government and international funds are managed according to Polish Building Law and FIDIC Conditions of Contract.

Nowadays, except the management of prestigious investment projects such as: the construction of A4 motorway: Tarnów-Rzeszów section; the construction of airports in Wroclaw, Poznan and Rzeszow; development and modernization of the biggest in Europe „Czajka” wastewater treatment plant in Warsaw and the construction of The Silesian Museum in Katowice, ECM Group Polska S.A. provides design documentation analysis and prepares tender documentation. Furthermore, we carry out and participate in various types of conferences, seminars, and meetings (e.g. FIDIC Conditions of Contract and Polish Law system) for the purpose of development of skills and share of knowledge (e.g. EU fund raising processes).
