Port Authority Pula manages ports open to public traffic of county and local importance in the area of the City of Pula-Pola, the Municipality of Fažana-Fasana, the Municipality of Medulin, the Municipality of Ližnjan-Lisignano and the Municipality of Marčana.

Activities:

construction, maintenance, management, protection and improvement of the port area
construction and maintenance of port infrastructure and superstructure
ensuring the permanent and uninterrupted performance of port traffic, technical and technological unity and safety of the port area for navigation
maintaining order in the port, which includes, among other things, the boarding and disembarkation of passengers and vehicles
ensuring the provision of basic port activities, namely:
a) mooring and unmooring of vessels and floating objects
b) loading and unloading of cargo
c) supplying vessels with water and energy
d) lifting and lowering services of vessels into the sea
e) port towing and pushing
ensuring the acceptance and delivery of all types of waste from maritime facilities to the person performing waste management activities, in accordance with the regulation governing waste management
ensuring fuel supply to vessels
coordination and supervision of the work of concessionaires in the port area
granting concessions and special uses
performing other tasks stipulated by the Maritime Domain and Seaports Act (Official Gazette No. 83/23).
