Tanalah Monitoring answers both these questions with a scoring tool that measures job quality at the individual level, enabling us to observe dynamics over time and, to a certain extent, compare them in space.

Monitoring job quality can be used for:

Informative study on a targeted population to identify support and/or advocacy needs in order to move towards more decent work.

Monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) : follow-up with beneficiaries to establish the quality of jobs created, socio-professional integration trajectories, and define corrective actions to be taken

Effect / Impact measure : Baseline / Endline ; Beneficiaries / Non-beneficiaries. As part of a structured methodology to show the effect of your activities.

Insertion survey : interview of different beneficiaries, employed or not, and asking them about their needs and employability in one case and job quality in the other.
