Hans Georg Schneider Foundation

The foundation was established in 2011 by its founder, Hans Georg Schneider.
Mr. Hans Georg Schneider describes the founder's motives as follows:
The foundation's assets are intended to help people who, due to external circumstances or physical, mental, or emotional disabilities, have found themselves in difficult or even hopeless situations through no fault of their own. Children and young people affected by their environments are to be given help to help themselves.
Likewise, victims of crime and miscarriages of justice are to be provided with assistance.
Another concern of the founder is animal welfare. This includes companion animals, farm animals, and wild animals, including marine animals. This includes measures that promote the appropriate keeping of companion animals. 
Prevent cruel breeding practices and counteract the keeping of wild and exotic animals where species-appropriate care is virtually impossible. Support is provided for measures aimed at improving the conditions under which livestock are kept, combating factory farming and cruel practices (forced geese, breeding turbo cows, etc.), and improving conditions during animal transport and slaughter to avoid unnecessary animal suffering.
Initiatives that promote more humane treatment of sporting animals (horses), seek to prevent animal competitions (bullfighting, cockfighting, etc.), advocate for gentle and species-preserving fishing methods, and those that include the protection of native wildlife.
