MARII Consultancy, Research and Training PLC (MCRTP) was established by two high-profile professionals with different qualifications. The firm's owners have long-term experiences in the area of consultant, research, and training services and aim to pool their reach experiences to establish independent firms. MCRTP is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in Social Affairs, Institutional Development, Environmental and Social Safeguards, Governance, Public Policy, and Community Development. The firm is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and context-sensitive consultancy services that address the complex challenges facing government institutions, development partners, NGOs, and communities. With a team of highly qualified professionals—including social scientists, policy analysts, legal experts, and environmental specialists—the firm delivers innovative solutions through research, evaluation, policy analysis, capacity building, and technical assistance. MCRTP officially obtained its trade name and registered at the Federal Document Authentication and Registration Agency Addis Ababa branch on September 8, 2023. The firm was also officially registered for its commercial registration with registration number NL/AA/20029876/2016 in 2015 EFY from Addis Ababa city Administration Nifas Silk Nafto sub city. The firm is legally registered based on the law of Ethiopia and obtained its trade license from the concerned government office. As indicated in the annex part, the firm has registered for value-added Tax and obtained a Tax Identification Number (TIN). For the year 2016 EFY, MARII successfully paid all necessary taxes and obtained Tax clearance from the Concerned government authority.
