At the Social Stock Exchange, our mission is to stimulate a vibrant, regulated public social investment market so that impact businesses of all sizes have greater access to capital and (retail and institutional) investors, and to help them identify, transact and realise their environmental, social and financial goals.

What does this really mean though? The Social Stock Exchange has created a capital market where companies and investors can demonstrate a real, social/environmental impact and potentially make a profit in the process. We aim to do this in a streamlined, cost-effective and regulated way.

Through our agreements with (FCA-regulated) Angels Den and (the Recognised Investment Exchange) ISDX, the Social Stock Exchange is the world’s first exchange dedicated to impact investments offering both investors and companies alike, the opportunity to access the impact investing sector at all stages of a company’s growth and lifecycle. The Social Stock Exchange is the only venture of its kind to offer an access point into the full spectrum of growth ambitions and needs, from crowdfunding through to IPO.
