William & Charlotte Parks Foundation for Animal Welfare

The William and Charlotte Parks Foundation for Animal Welfare was established to improve the status of animals worldwide through studies of the science and philosophy of animal welfare/rights and to reduce, through practical efforts and initiatives, the suffering and harm inflicted on animals by human beings. The Foundation only provides project grants and does not make any capital grants or general operating grants. Their annual funding volume is around $100,000 and individual grants may range from $5,000 to $15,000. They fund around 15 to 20 projects every year. Grants may be made to organisational or institutional projects, grassroots activities, or academic studies that promise to advance animal welfare.
