We usually only realize how important health is in times of illness. It's a blessing when we then have the opportunity to see a doctor or go to the hospital. But many people around the world don't have this privilege. We have the means to change that, and together with our volunteers, donors, and sponsors, we are creating places where people in illness and need who would otherwise be excluded can receive help. 

We focus our work on a few projects in which we are intensively and long-term committed. Because simply providing buildings, infrastructure, or equipment doesn't make medicine. Only ongoing personal exchange and continuous training create change and ensure that people receive adequate care on the ground.
