Egmont Trust

Set up in 2005, the Egmont Trust has worked with over 80 partner organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa, providing grants to help vulnerable children cope with the devastating impact of HIV & AIDS on families and communities. The Trust mainly works with credible, locally driven grassroots organisations, who are best placed to know what works to mitigate the impact of HIV & AIDS. The Trust offers direct grants of up to $20,000 per year to small and large organisations specifically in Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe that are working to improve the lives of people affected by AIDS, with a particular focus on those most vulnerable: children and women.
