ToolBox

ToolBox offers its services to small and medium size associations, active in the social sector and whose beneficiaries live in Belgium.
ToolBox starts its collaboration with the associations after a thorough analysis of their management and internal organization structures in order to identify the different workstreams that need to be addressed.
The associations served can tap into the competences and experience of a network of volunteers who are active in the main management fields: strategy, finance, HR, communication & marketing, ICT and legal advice. Some associations coached can ask to have their board reinforce by one of our members.
