• Skill Development Programs: BYO offers a variety of workshops and training sessions on leadership, communication, IT skills, entrepreneurship, and more.

• Community Engagement: BYO leads various community service projects, including environmental cleanups, disaster relief efforts, and traffic management in collaboration with local authorities.

BYO has made significant strides since its inception, including managing traffic in Gaibandha in collaboration with the Bangladesh Fire Service and Traffic Police, and receiving the Male Champion Award from Save The Children, which recognized our Founder and Director, Zihad Akanda, for his contributions to youth development and advocacy.
