ERES Fondation

The Eres Foundation was created in 2018 by the Eres group, which specializes in consulting and management of profit-sharing schemes (employee savings, retirement savings and employee shareholding).

It is financed by Eres and Eres Gestion, notably thanks to a portion of the management fees of the Eres Sélection Partage & Solidaire corporate mutual fund (FCPE) .  In line with the Foundation's missions, this FCPE is a solidarity fund managed in a socially responsible manner (SRI). This fund is the first employee savings fund on the market, created by Eres Gestion in 2017. 

Housed by the Fondation de France, the Eres Foundation benefits from the control and support of France's leading philanthropy network. 

Themes
At Eres, we firmly believe in the positive impact that solidarity projects can have on society. That's why we support targeted initiatives structured around specific themes:
- Combating exclusion
- Professional integration
- Supporting entrepreneurship

Each year, the Eres Foundation launches a call for projects on a specific theme. We aim to provide multi-year support in order to monitor the projects supported over time and deepen mutual understanding.

Selection criteria
Your project must take place primarily in France, preferably in Paris or Lyon. Your association's annual budget must not exceed €10 million and must be funded primarily by private sources. Your organization must be incorporated as an association or foundation and be eligible for tax exemptions. We do not support projects by individuals.
