Save Sierra Leone Foundation

Save Sierra Leone Foundation (SSLF) is a support portal helping organisations and individuals collaborate, promote, fund and implement programs in the areas of education, healthcare and poverty alleviation in Sierra Leone, West Africa. In general the Foundation seeks to support organisations, with both appealing projects and strong management teams that are already engaged in projects in Sierra Leone. In considering potential candidates to support, the Foundation evaluates such factors as: the fit of the potential project within the Foundation’s existing scope and area of operations, the project management experience of the organisation, and the terms of collaboration with the Foundation. To some extent, the Foundation also provides financial support for individuals pursuing programs or career activities that advocate for better conditions in Sierra Leone (including individuals engaged in the performing arts, sports, and music).
