About
Founded in 2005 by Evelyn Taheri Simmendinger and Mustafa Taheri, the purpose of Omid Foundation is to give humanitarian aid to persons who live under deteriorating living conditions, with a particular focus on women, children and youth (including orphans and persons with disabilities), to meet the basic needs of children and their families and to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to better prepare for and improve their lives.
