Team Ramana is an employee driven and process driven company. There is no set hierarchy in the organization; and mainly runs on trust and strong ethical bonds.

We have a multi-disciplinary team of 30 professionals supported by project-based teams. We also come with 2000 project associates who are from different parts of India and abroad who have proven track record in 35 different disciplines. Getting this diverse population on one single boat definitely requires more than professional relationships and pay-slips.
