Fraternite Medicale Guinee (FMG)

Created by medical students, Fraternité Médicale Guinée (FMG) is an association based in Conakry specialized in medical care. The association quickly expanded and now reaches more remote areas of the country.

In addition to its medical activities, the association has set up prevention measures for young people and has also turned to vulnerable populations. Thus, FMG works on the prevention and socio-economic reintegration of sex workers and people with mental illnesses. FMG has 4 community health centers: Hafia Minière and Dar Es Salam in Conakry, Moriady in Kindia and Tata in Labé.
