Het Nationaal Watertraineeship

The National Water Traineeship (NWT) has been developed to give young talent, after graduating (HBO and WO), a good start to their career in the water sector. For us, talent is the will to develop. Not only in one's own field, but also across borders. This requires professional specialists with a broad perspective. We develop personal leadership, stimulate cooperation and challenge. Our trainees have proven that the program works and is valuable for companies and governments. They come up with surprising solutions for complex practical projects and thereby bring organizations together.
