NRD CS is a cybersecurity technology consulting, incident response and applied research company. Company focuses on services to specialized organisations: the police, national and government cybersecurity centers & CERTs, the courts and corporate information security departments.

NRD CS is also a facilitator of Norway Registers Development AS mission of creating a secure digital environment for states, governments, corporations and citizens. Company operates in Lithuania, Eastern Europe, the Caucasian region, East Africa and South Asia.

NRD CS is controlled by INVL Technology, AB - Nasdaq Vilnius listed investment in IT businesses company. INVL Technology managed companies operate as a cluster and implement joint projects in more than 50 countries worldwide. As a separate company, NRD CS was established in 2013 and launched in January 2014, however, the roots of the company go back to 2008 when Baltic Amadeus Infrastructure Services (now - BAIP) started developing cyber security discipline.
