The company has been based in Holbæk since 1953 and was originally run by O. Krone Larsen & Carl Rønneberg. 
On October 1, 1989, the company name was changed and Arly Holmstrup and Terkel Pedersen took over as directors and holders. With the end of April 2000, Arly Holmstrup retired and Terkel Pedersen continued as director and proprietor. Pr. On January 1, 2008, after 8 years of employment, Thomas Christiansen was admitted as co-owner.

We currently have 14 well-qualified permanent employees , and have the opportunity to involve specialists via a fixed-timber network. projects in, for example, the health sector and the pharmaceutical and food industries.
