ACS Associazione di Cooperazione e Solidarietà

ACS - Association of Cooperation and Solidarity is a lay non-profit NGO founded in 1991 on the initiative of a group of people involved in the trade union field. For over 20 years we have operated in countries excluded from economic development or plagued by wars, activating projects simultaneously for the training of the persons concerned and in Italy by promoting education for global citizenship and peace.

Our main activities concern rural projects supplemented by training activities for the beneficiaries; we invest in participatory planning that involves as many local and international actors as possible because we believe that working in a network can satisfy both the need to support the individual and the strengthening of civil society and its organizations.
