Chi rom and ... Chi no, association for social promotion was born in Scampia , a northern suburb of Naples , in 2002. It is rooted in the territory starting from the creation of significant relationships between the Roma and Italian community of the neighborhood, through cultural and pedagogical interventions.

Over the years, the Chi rom association and ... those who have not worked so that the periphery was intended as a place for experimentation and sharing of good practices.

The Chi rom association and ... those who do not design and implement workshops for children, adolescents, women, in schools, in the Roma camp, in the districts and in the public spaces of Scampia.

The objective is to activate concrete processes of citizenship and participation. To contribute to the development of paths of social, personal and collective emancipation. To favor the positive transformation of the territory.
