Incorporated in 1995 under the laws of Zimbabwe, Sidal Engineering has grown to become a multi-disciplinary company specializing in consultancy, design & construction of Engineering works and supply of engineering equipment. We serve our customers through a global network of manufacturers, suppliers and consultants.
Sidal Engineering will continue to diversify into other strategic business areas. Sidal Engineering utilizes the expertise and talents of a vibrant team of permanent full- time individuals. Our 'select' engineers have the capacity to deliver almost the full range of professional engineering services. These comprise project identification, site appraisals, design and detailed engineering, project management and supervision, procurement, inspection, quality control, and personnel training.
Our Standard
At Sidal Engineering, we maintain a quality management system (QMS) designed to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008 in pursuit of our primary objectives.
Our Commitment
We commit:
* To provide a high standard of work in accordance with the project drawings and documentation on all projects undertaken. To this end we operate a Quality Plan with checklists and maintained records of quality and checks.
* That the QMS is operated on all projects regardless of size or complexity and is subject to regular reviews by senior management in order to ensure its correct operation and effectiveness. These reviews are based on a program of internal audits which will seek to constantly improve the documented and operational procedures.
* To carryout regular training of electrical and mechanical staff, including supervisors, reporting to the Managing Director, to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
Our Responsibilities
Management is accountable for implementing this policy within their respective area of responsibility. Compliance is measured as part of annual performance reviews.
