Formed in December 2012 as a result of the acquisition of Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali S.p.A. (ASI) by Nidec Corporation, our roots run back to the founding of Ansaldo’s Stabilimento Elettromeccanico (electro-mechanical workshop) in 1899.
