1936 marks the beginning of the most important pharmaceutical industry in Bolivia, when the German entrepreneur, Don Ernesto WN Schilling Huhn, founded in La Paz the "Hamburg Drugstore", dedicated to the commercialization of medicinal drugs and medicines. Eleven years later, after a process of transformation within the firm, the company changed its name to INTI SA Drug Company 
In the decade of the 50, thanks to its technological progress and the recognized quality of its products, INTI begins to Licensed under the name of renowned transnational corporations.

"INTI" is a word of indigenous origin that means Sun.

We identify with the sun, synonymous with life, because our philosophy is to work to improve the quality of life of the population by providing quality pharmaceuticals at affordable prices.
