Corporación Farmacéutica de Centro América, S.A., (COFARCA), opened its doors to the Nicaraguan and Central American market in 1999. It began its activities as an exclusive distributor of a single laboratory, Bristol-Myers Squbb Company.

In the last two years we have managed to achieve a sales increase of up to 200% in lull to our beginnings. Throughout our existence we have stood out in public tenders of the Government and NGOs. Nowadays, it has managed to represent five laboratories recognized worldwide.
