The School espouses a theory of international development relating to the minimization of inequalities, focusing on the peaceful resolution of conflicts, a respect for diversity and an appreciation for citizen engagement.

Mission:

Offer high-quality multidisciplinary programs in English and in French in the field of international development and globalization.
Offer programs of study that attributes significant importance to practical experience and field work for its students.
Promote basic and applied research of international scope in the fields of international development and globalization.
Support public, private and civil partnerships by offering pertinent expertise in analysing the major problems within international development and explore practical and sustainable solutions.
