HSCL is a public health and development consulting firm established by a team with extensive experience in Health Systems Strengthening, International Health and Development Programs Design and Implementation. With a network of over 50 global partners and consultants, we develop programs and provide sustainable solutions for a broad spectrum of Health and other International Development challenges.

HSCL was established in 2009 as Health Systems Consult Limited but eventually rebranded and is today known as HSCL following our expansion into other sectors in development.

HSCL is registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (2009) and the Tanzanian Registry of Companies (2014). HSCL has established offices in Nigeria, Tanzania and Sierra Leone and has also done work in the nations of Ghana, Uganda, Guinea, Mauritius, Kenya and Zanzibar.
